With nearly a decade of experience, I've partnered with private equity-backed, privately held, and complex organizations to recruit C-suite and senior executives.
My approach combines deep market knowledge, sound judgment, and a direct, highly engaged search process. I understand what's at stake in critical leadership decisions and have the experience and judgment to identify executives who make a lasting impact.
I'm based in Las Vegas and currently pursuing my Executive MBA at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, expanding my perspective on business strategy, organizational leadership, and the challenges facing the executives I work with.
