Sarah founded Search Heights in January of 2020 with the goal of delivering excellence: excellence in client service, excellence in candidate service and a desire for everybody involved in the hiring process to have a great experience. Bringing 22+ years of combined executive search, client delivery, and business development experience, Sarah has a deep understanding of hiring, talent needs and organizational structure, allowing her to deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences - the “right fit” we are all looking for. As an entrepreneur, she empathizes with the daily challenges of growing a company, and works closely to understand her clients’ businesses, many of whom are entrepreneurial.
